The Mistral leadership team’s commitment and involvement towards process improvements and quality is the organisations’ biggest strength. It empowers the entire organization and provides an opportunity to implement process improvement initiatives at all levels. At Mistral, Quality Management is a key responsibility of everyone, from top to bottom, led by a team of passionate quality leaders. Our IMS is driven by decades of experience and best practices that are fine-tuned over the years by continual improvement. This enables project teams to streamline responsibilities with observable accountability while adhering to various quality standards and statutory requirements. Mistral exercises complete traceability and version control of all documents, project files, customer properties, etc. in a secure and reliable environment while ensuring transparency in processes and procedures. The Quality portal contains all the necessary set of instructions and guidelines on policies, quality checklists, procedures, templates, etc.
Mistral has a well-defined set of processes for all our services and domains. We believe in continuous improvement; hence measurements are integrated with implementation. The Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures process compliance through regular internal audits and facilitates the team with remedial measures in case of any deviation. As a rule of thumb, a QA engineer is assigned to every project at Mistral to ensure a process-driven approach throughout the project cycle. In our endeavour to maintain a high quality of deliverables, our QA team also works with the customer’s QA team based on customer requirement.
